Freyja by Pilar Workman ("Freyja", "we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the details of your enquiry. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to deliver our styling services. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not send marketing communications unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Storage and third parties

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our studio email. Both providers store data securely; Netlify's infrastructure may process data outside Australia. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. Basic technical logs (page requests, anonymised) are kept by our host for security and performance.

Access and correction

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing pilar@freyjabypilar.com. If you have a privacy concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
